The Candace Mug – Ah yes! My favorite mug ever. I co-designed this with my friend Julie. I don’t make a dime off of it, I just am passionate about a good mug and this one is perfection, if I do say so myself!

Free to Be Sports Bra – I love this thing, it’s the only one I wear consistently because it fits really well for me (smaller torso, larger cup size). Oooo, and I found a dupe! I personally haven’t tried the dupe, but reviews seem decent!

Dog Tooth Plaque Powder – This stuff really works. I wish I’d started Buckles on it when he was younger, but it truly does work. You do need to be consistent with it, and give it about 4-6 weeks before the plaque will literally just fall off.

Things I Bought and Loved in 2023

This contour stick – Lasts forever, I just used up my first one. I put it on after I let my moisturizer sit, followed by concealer, and then I put on foundation. Did not love its rival but you can use code yogabycandaceFA0R9 for 15% off any of their products.

This coat – so cool, fits really, really well, but also super functional and so warm.

Discovered my signature scent this year. Love love love it. It’s earthy, sandalwood-y, oud-y. It’s so, so good. And it’s unisex.

Ganni Boots – I live in these and love that you can wear them with cropped jeans or sweats and they just look so good. Very comfortable, too.

These socks. They’re all I wear these days.

Travel coffee mug – I use this every single day. Love it because the top has to be pushed down to open, so it’ll never randomly open, and the other top piece has to be screwed on, so it’ll never fall off and spill.

Moon Boots – Fair warning, not everyone is gonna like these, haha, but I love them. They keep your feet SO warm, and you can wear them on any foot – there’s no right or left. They come in so many cool colors, too. I have the silver pair.

Lifting Straps – These were a gift, but they are sooo much easier to use than the other ones I had. Great if you’re lifting heavy.

Light Blocking Eye Mask – I’ve had my tempurpedic eye mask for literally 12 years, and someone gave me this one and it’s so much better. It’s lighter, and less bulky, but still blocks out 100% of the light, and doesn’t touch your eyes so you can fully open your eyes with it on and you don’t see anything.
