What I love about platforms like YouTube is that I get my favorite yoga teachers in the comfort of my home. So, after reviewing the analytics of the Asana at Home YouTube Channel, I am sharing our top 12 Yin Yoga Tutorial Videos to help you get started or add to your established practice.

Balancing Cat Pose
